For the colder months
Fill a china cup three-quarters with a slightly weak good quality coffee, making sure it is boiling hot.
Add sugar to taste.
Add whipped cream and decorate with a toasted coffee bean or sprinkle with cocoa.
The “Soviet” version of coffee
Pour a glass of vodka into a hot strong coffee, sweeten with unrefined sugar, then serve adding a teaspoon of unsweetened condensed milk.
Prepare the coffee and pour it into a heat resistant container, sweetening with a little cane sugar.
Just before serving, add some rum that you have heated in a small pan.
When on the table, set it alight.
Coffee with chocolate
Ingredients for 4 persons
A small dose of ground coffee, 1 spoon of plain cocoa.
Prepare the coffee in the usual way with a mocha pot, substituting part of the coffee powder with cocoa powder.
Press down the powder and make the coffee as usual.
